The G-Profile Turbo is a high-brightness LED moving head based on an optimized additive color mixing to match the highest demands of color rendering and total output. Its framing system allows the G-Profile Turbo to perform beam-shaping images and projections via four individually controllable blades with module rotation. The integrated dehumidifier ensures perfect inner cleanness of the luminaire. G-Profile Turbo is the perfect solution for those who need a powerful LED profile moving head with good chromaticity levels and an outstanding performance in different shades of white.

LED Technology
This tough and reliable LED luminaire includes a powerful Red - Lime - Blue LED engine to enhance lumen output and increase the quality of the light. The G-Profile Turbo is able to create bright and soft colors but also the well-known SGM RGB mixing by using the Green Color Mode feature. The LEDs expected lifetime is 50,000 hours.

White performance
The G-Profile Turbo is the brightest and most qualified spot in its range with framing capabilities. By using the new RLB additive mixing, the G-Profile Turbo is able to output impressive high-CRI whites while maintaining the 2000K - 10000K color temperature control.

Colors
One of the big advantages of the G-Turbo series is the extended color palette. This is caused by the usage of Lime LEDs instead of the Green LEDs available in the G-Profile. Now, it is possible to achieve warmer colors, richer yellows, and a wider variety of green shades. With the special dichroic technology, the G-Profile Turbo is also able to create deep saturated greens and even more contrasted colors.

Optics
With an 8° to 43°º zoom range, plus an additional pseudo zoom down to 1º, the G-Profile Turbo is ready for any stage or event. Being water, dirt and sand proof, the internal optics are always clean to get the maximum brightness from the light source. Worst case scenario, the front lens must merely be wiped off, which is a huge time and cost saver effectively eliminating the need for cleaning and maintenance.

IP rating
The durable IP65-rating of the G-Profile Turbo luminaire ensures that the fixture is kept free of externally induced particles and liquids on internal optics and light sources, such as smoke fluid, dust, dirt, airborne pollution, and humidity. Thereby, the need to clean optics or gobos is eliminated and no internal corrosion will occur. It is ideal for outdoor applications, while being practically maintenance-free making it a sustainable and long-lasting choice for indoor events and installations as well.

Dehumidification
The internal built-in dehumidifier protects this fixture from moisture, pollution and any other factors that can generate corrosion. The patented SGM dehumidification not only removes humidity but also prevents oxidation and condensation, while a gore-tex membrane equalizes internal pressure to prevent leaks. Photometrics
The G-Profile Turbo delivers a staggering lumen output not only in white but also in color. It is able to achieve up to  lumens. These high values convert the G-Profile Turbo into the perfect companion not only in medium-sized venues but also in large-scale tours with high audience numbers.

Accurate internal framing system
With the advanced and adjustable framing shutters, the G-Profile Turbo is able to perform beam-shaping images and projections. Each of the four individually controllable blades is adjustable +/- 30º, while the module is rotatable through +/- 45º rotation.

Thermal management
To achieve optimum performance of the LEDs at all times, this bright and accurate luminaire is optimized to manage heat impact through SGM's unique thermal management technology. The technology consists of a uniquely designed body and heat sink, which ensures optimal cooling of the LED chips. Additionally, the special aluminum alloy and surface treatment ensures maximum heat dispersion while the fan-assisted cooling ensures optimal performance at any time and under any conditions (such as variable temperatures, limited airflows, confined installation spaces, etc.).

Mounting options
The G-Profile Turbo can be rigged with the included easy-fit omega brackets with ¼ turn fasteners, using two of the four locking points. Installation time can be saved onsite as the fixtures can be pre-rigged to HUD truss making the rig fly-ready when reaching the venue. Handles can be found in the base as well to help users mount the fixture.

Thermal
DriveTM
This thermal management techonology provides Advaced Temperature Control monitored via sensors and software, keeping optimal LED junction temperatures, and ensuring maximum reliability for long-term use. SGM's predictive color mixing algorithm compesates the decay levels of color-based LEDs for superior color rendering. Finally, the ThermalDriveTM system includes cutting-edge heat removal via passive thermal tecniques and active forced-air cooling (depending on the product), specifically designed to maintain LED efficiency while extending fixture's lifetime.

TruColorTM
SGM uses Full Range Calibration in all LED fixtures over CIE space and black body curve, measured via spectrometer and SGM Illumination Lab software. The consistency of each product and its lifetime expectancy is monitored throught inbuilt sensors to compensate color shifting and to allow color temperature re-calibration. To provide the best user experience, SGM's Color Match procedure ensures accurate wavelength reproduction within the product range via colored LEDs, dichroic filters, or CMY mixing (depending on the product); all of them specified to match the SGM color palette.

DryTechTM
SGM's integrated patented Dehumidification process eliminates humidity and breaks down corrosive molecules deriving from polluted air to avoid destructive corrosion. Inbuilt dehumidifiers constantly remove trapped hydrogen from inside of the lighting fixture in a solid estate electrolytic process with no moving parts. The DryTechTM procedure is also based on a Ingress Protection rating of 65 or 66 (depending on the fixture), intended as a full protection against dust and other particles, while ensuring protection against direct water jets.

A great example of this is the SGM G-7 Spot LED Moving Head, with IP-66 rating and active dehumidification. It is extremely durable in all sorts of conditions, with electronics and optics protected by SGM’s exclusive DryTech™ system and a robust design. Our advanced technology ensures the interior of the fixture is preserved from external elements like water, dust, dirt, mud, sand, airborne pollution, extreme temperatures, and humidity, all of them very common at events or music festivals. Even though the G-7 Spot is perfect for touring and other outdoor events, these unique features also make it suitable for indoor installations and events, where long lifespan and low maintenance are must-haves.
 

Ultimate stage light testing

To be able to guarantee the durability and the best performance possible, all SGM stage lights are pushed to the limits in different ways. We lock up the fixtures in a salt chamber, we sandblast the lenses, we apply high-pressure washers over them, and we test them in very high and low temperatures. Sometimes, we even encase the fixtures in a block of ice before smashing it with a sledgehammer. It is literally a torture, but we are really focused on building fixtures that rental companies can rely on.

Products such as the SGM P-6 LED Wash or the SGM Q-8 DualSource™ LED Strobe Flood, are specifically designed and tested for continued rental use in all-weather environments. These rock-solid IP66 rated fixtures include an integrated dehumidifier, a sealed IP67 wet base, and our next-gen ThermalDrive™ cooling system.
